Join us for a two-day dollmaking workshop at EWDOR 2025!
On May 21-22, 2025, we will be creating a 12″ doll, little Pippa, inspired by Daniela Drescher’s book Pippa and Pelle. The event is offline and will be held in Landgoed Het Laer, located in Ommen, the Netherlands.
Over two days, you’ll learn to:
- Craft her head and shape her face
- Embroider her eyes
- Make her wig
- Fill her body and limbs
- Stitch everything together to bring Pippa to life
Bonus: Before we meet at the workshop, you’ll have the chance to get a head start by making a few charming accessories for Pippa! Follow along with the video tutorials to:
- Make her a lovely polka-dotted dress
- Sew bloomers
- Felt sweet strawberries
- Make the original carrying case
You’ll also receive Pippa’s body and outfit patterns, so you can continue making her at home with ease.
Workshop Price: 380 euros. Include materials to make the doll, the kit to create the outfit, patterns and video tutorials. Shipping expences of the kit covered by participants. Bag kit can be purchased extra at kamrin.
